Neo Kingston, a sprawling technocratic city ruled by the enigmatic “Guv’nor,” stands as a symbol of control, but deep in the Blackout Zone, rebellion brews. Aurora Cove, reconstructed from a hidden fort, is the pirate stronghold where legendary captains like Ghostbeard and the Northwind Twins unite against the Guv’nor and his Technocratic cronies.
